Personal data collected
The contact form collects: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional) and the message written. If contact happens over WhatsApp or email, the data received is whatever the person chooses to share through that channel. No sensitive personal data is collected.
Purpose
The data is used to respond to the request for information or a quote, to follow up on the conversation and, where applicable, to prepare a service proposal. It is not used to send advertising and is not added to mailing lists.
Transfers
The data is not sold, assigned or transferred to third parties. Form submissions are delivered through an email delivery service that acts solely as a data processor and does not use the data for its own purposes. WhatsApp conversations are additionally governed by that service's terms.
Retention
The data is kept for as long as needed to respond to the request and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship that follows from it.
Your rights (ARCO)
The data subject may at any time access their data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its processing, and may withdraw the consent given. To exercise any of these rights, send a request to jaime@sotofrontera.com with: full name, the right to be exercised, a clear description of the data concerned and a means to communicate the response. Requests are answered within a maximum of twenty days from receipt.
Visit measurement
The site uses a visit measurement tool that does not use cookies and does not identify people: it records page views in anonymous, aggregated form.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated to reflect legal changes or changes in how the data is processed. The current version is always published at this same address, with its update date.
