What gets solved

What your business needs to solve.

Each service starts from a concrete problem. If yours isn't here, that's exactly what the first call is for.

  • Bilingual website for clinics and medical tourism

Your patients across the border search in English.

Your clinic sees people from San Diego and California who compare options on Google before crossing, and they compare in English. A site in both languages, with treatments explained, prices in pesos and dollars, the process step by step and a guide to the border crossing, gives them what they need to decide and write to you.

Delivered with: complete version in Spanish and English one page per treatment prices in pesos and dollars appointment booking and WhatsApp a guide for the patient who crosses

  • Website for local businesses and firms

Your business already has customers; what's missing is being found without asking.

A site that answers what people always ask: what you offer, what it costs, where you are and how to book. With your Google listing in order, photos that load fast and the WhatsApp button within reach, every search can end in a message.

Delivered with: service pages, gallery and FAQ Google Business Profile contact form and WhatsApp installs as an app on the phone

  • Custom system

Your rentals, payments or appointments live in spreadsheets and loose messages.

A system built for your operation, not a template: properties, tenants, payments with receipts, automatic reminders and a portal where your customer checks their statement without asking you. Quoted by scope after the first call, and running live in the rental management demo.

Delivered with: admin panel portal for customers or tenants reminders by email and on the phone role-based access backups

  • New site over an existing one, plus maintenance

Your current site loads slowly, breaks on phones or nobody can update it.

It gets reviewed for what it has and what it lacks. Often the best move is rebuilding it on a fast, easy-to-maintain base; the domain and whatever works are kept. After that, monthly maintenance is optional: changes, backups and check-ups, with no lock-in.

Delivered with: diagnosis in the first call new site on the same domain optional month-to-month maintenance

Process

Four steps, from the first call to delivery.

  1. First call Free

In person in Tijuana, Rosarito, Tecate or Ensenada, or by video call from wherever you are. The conversation is about your business: what you sell, who buys, what people always ask and what the site or system needs to solve.

On your side: time to talk and whatever questions you bring.

  2. Written proposal In 2 or 3 days

It arrives in writing: which pages or modules it includes, whether it's in one or two languages, what it costs and when it's ready. The price in the proposal is the price charged, with no surprises at the end.

On your side: read it and decide.

  3. Build Per package

Work starts with the 50% deposit. You see it working before the final payment, and two rounds of changes are included to adjust texts, photos and details before publishing.

On your side: the deposit, the texts, the photos and your logo if you have one.

  4. Publishing and delivery

The site goes live on your domain and gets registered with Google. Everything stays in your name: domain, accounts and access. It closes with a handover session so you can make changes without depending on anyone.

On your side: the remaining payment and a handover session.

Pricing

Published prices, so you can decide with the numbers in front of you.

Ranges in Mexican pesos. The exact price for your project arrives in writing in the proposal, based on what it needs, and that's the price charged.

Frequently asked questions

What gets asked before starting.

How long does the site take?

Essential in one to two weeks, Business in three to five and Bilingual in five to eight. The clock starts when the texts and photos arrive: that's where projects usually stall. For a custom system, the timeline goes in the proposal.

What's needed from me to start?

The 50% deposit, the texts or the information to write them, photos of your business and your logo if you have one. If there are no photos, that gets solved: there's a guide for taking them with a phone, and what never happens is filling the site with stock images.

Does the site stay in my name?

Yes. The domain is bought in your name and with your email, and the hosting and Google accounts are yours. If one day you'd rather continue with someone else, you take everything with you without asking permission.

Is the English version worth it for my business?

It depends on where your customers come from. If you serve people who cross the border, like clinics, dental offices, workshops or event venues, it's the part of the site that pays off the most. If your customers are from the neighborhood, you don't need it, and the single-language package is the better option. It gets decided in the first call, and sometimes the answer is no.

How is it paid, and is there an invoice?

Half at the start and the other half on delivery, by bank transfer, cash or card, with no surcharge. For now no Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) is issued; if your business needs one, it's best to say so in the first call to sort it out before starting.

What if I don't like how it's turning out?

Two rounds of changes are included, and you see the site working before the final payment. Adjustments to texts, photos and details happen right there, on what's already on screen.

Is there anything to pay monthly?

The domain renews every year and stays in your name. Hosting for a site like this has no monthly cost. Maintenance is truly optional: if you'd rather make the small changes yourself, you learn how in the handover session.

Is work done outside Tijuana?

Yes. The first call can be in person in Tijuana, Rosarito, Tecate and Ensenada, or by video call from any other city. The rest of the project happens remotely anyway, over WhatsApp and email, so location doesn't change the result.
